Call It What It Is

Anger is really fear: if someone pulls out in front of me… I get mad because it scared me. 

Anxiety is really fear: if I have a public speaking engagement… I may have a panic attack because I’m afraid of making a fool of myself. 

Arrogance is really fear: if I’m acting like I’m better than you… it’s because I’m afraid I’m not good enough. 

We are all afraid to some extent. 

We can keep renaming it & assigning it a new acronym, but the fact of the matter is… all negative comes from fear. 

The goal for today: call it what it is & then maybe we can fix it!
