If I can be kind sometimes… then I can be kind all the time.
If I can avoid anger sometimes… then I can avoid it all the time.
If I can let things go sometimes… then I can let things go all the time.
My point is that I must stop justifying my wrongs.
Yes, these things happen to all of us, but it’s dangerous to tell myself that it’s ok… rather than acknowledging that it’s wrong & putting the effort into correcting it.
The goal for today: there is no good reason to not TRY to be perfect!
