Anxiety is fear of what might happen in the future. I frequently talk about the destructive nature of fear & anxiety is one of the worst types. The worst thing about this kind of fear is that it’s imaginary. Nothing has even happened yet… but I am already experiencing a level of stress equivalent to the worst case scenario. My imaginary fears are usually much worse than the actual consequences are. The goal for today: do my best to arm myself with facts… take some sort of decisive action… & begin to overcome anxiety!
